Anti-Spam Policy

Top
Payment Logic strictly enforces a no tolerance policy when it comes to spam. We prohibit the sending of unsolicited mass messages of any kind. Payment Logic's referral and rewards program is meant to be fun and encourage members to build the community and earn rewards. If Payment Logic believes that anyone is spamming other internet users in an attempt to gain referral rewards, they will immediately lose their Payment Logic account privileges.

In accordance with this Anti-Spam policy, Anti-Spam Policies of others (including our web hosting providers) and the CAN-SPAM Act or its equivalent, if Payment Logic believes that you are violating any of those policies or regulations, Payment Logic shall have the right to immediately terminate your account and, at its sole discretion, bring legal action against you. Should any law enforcement agency, internet provider, web hosting provider or other person or entity provide us with notice that you may have engaged in transmission of unsolicited e-mails or may have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider's terms of service or any such policies or regulations, we reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information.

What is Spam?

Top
Payment Logic defines spam in accordance with the industry-standard and CAN-SPAM Act meanings, e.g., unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited mail, mass e-mail, or junk email, or a message that advertises goods that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship (including newsgroup, IRC channel, or message postings unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular channel, or message board).

What will happen to my account if I get caught spamming?

Top
Payment Logic will not tolerate spam and will terminate the account of any member that Payment Logic believes is violating any Anti-SPAM policy or regulation. All account privileges will be null and void including your referrals, rewards earned, and any unpaid money owed on your account. After a review, any monies that you directly deposited into your account that are found to be owed to you will be mailed to you.

Spammers are not welcome in our Payment Logic community. Nobody appreciates receiving junk mail. Payment Logic is no different. Spam slows down internet performance and can cause computer connections to crash.

Also include any other information that can be used to identify the parties involved.
